THE JOURNEY
What happens after you say yes
What happens when you are finally met with clarity, articulation, and safe, compassionate holding? Two things:
INTEGRATION + EMBODIMENT.
Our two-week journey goes a little something like this:
DAY 1. You say yes.
You book the initiation call with a deposit. We meet for a chat to set everything up. The portal opens.
DAY 2-6. You prepare.
You fill in the form. You reflect. You notice. Words take on new meaning. Old memories come up in new light. You are preparing to step across the threshold.
DAY 7. The Mirror.
The day arrives. We meet on Zoom for the full two hour Mirror experience. Think of it like an identity ceremony meets therapy on steroids: there will be grounding, somatic visualization work, storytelling, and ending with the new identity story to root you into your integrated self. There will be tears, there will be laughter. You will not be the same after.
DAY 8-14. You integrate & embody.
You come down from the experience. Everything feels cleaner, lighter. You start LIVING as your integrated self, seeing old stories in a new light. You have direct email and voicenote access to me for the week. This is the part most containers miss: when transformation meets the real world.
DAY 14. We celebrate.
We meet for one last 40 min integration call. When we are met, seen and mirrored in the ways we are showing up differently, it solidifies our identity as that congruent self. We celebrate. The portal closes.
This is a full, identity level transformation with an experienced facilitator, coach and guide. I will be with you from start to end. You walk away as the newly integrated version of you – whole, ready, seen.
